Monday: 6:00pm - 6:45pm 

Saturday: 9:00pm-10:30pm 

 

Competition Team: 

Monday: 6:00pm-8:30pm

Wednesday: 5:00pm-7:30pm Private Lessons/Open Gym

Saturdays 9:00pm-3:00pm

Sundays 9:00am - 3:00pm​

Locations:

Our practices rotate between Howard Country Public Schools (West Friendship Elementary School, Talbott Springs, Swansfield Elementary School, etc.) and Leadership Through Athletics in Baltimore County ​

Prices

​Recreational Classes: 

- First class free

- $50 a month for two classes per week

​​

Competition Team: 

- $150 a month for ~50 hours of gym time
